Now you can use our Linguistic feature for Onboarding journeys on Web and Mobile and build a personalized experience for your users by choosing the language of your choice among English, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada and Bengali.

  1. Email and mobile OTP verification have been added in our Onboarding flow. 
  1. As per SEBI guidelines eSigned end user contracts will be pushed to KRAs along with backward compatibility for customers

Investor Onboarding Backops Dashboard Updates

  1. Customers can view the Investor Creation Information like name, username, mobile, email and merchant Id on Backops.
  1. In backops you can ensure merchant details are linked with Aadhaar.

Details like email and contact number submitted by the merchant can now be verified with Offline Aadhar in Backops.

  1. Verify bank account through Penny Transfer – Beneficiary Name fetched from upstream is now displayed on the backops admin portal.

Higher acceptance of our applications by KRAs

  1. File compression of images and pdf to cater the file size limit at KARVY, increasing the KRA acceptance rate.
  1. Field Changes compatibility as per CVL API Specifications.

Minor Updates and Enhancements

  1. Forgot Password or worried if the password is compromised?
    With the forgot password and reset password feature on the IT Admin/Backops Admin/Backops User/Distributor’s Backops portal the password can be updated without any hassle. 
  1. In offline Aadhar, the error message to be displayed to Investors exceeding the validity period can be customized in Backops.
  1. Customers can now opt for Automated Merchant Submission as soon as the users finishes the final stage of KYC journey to reduce the dropout percentage.
  1. Clients can now fetch details and check the status from SEBI REGISTERED AGENCIES by using PAN.
  1. MIS Reports on Distributor Dashboard are now downloadable.
