Many end users are reaching out to us through our website’s Contact us option.
As an investor I don’t know who and where to raise my concern. Another reason Investors are reaching us through our website is because the email notification that is going to the end user on behalf of AMC has a no-reply email id. If we give a proper email id where users can reply then we can directly push it to a particular support and even have customer wise emails which directly can also go to an end customer. The status of KYC applications is also not available to Investors.
User Problem:
As an Investor, I want to know
- What is the KYC status of my application?
- Can I take up Investments?
- When and how will I get to know if my application is KYC registered?
- What are the next steps after submitting my application?
- Will I receive a notification once my KYC application is KYC Registered.
What can we do?
Directing investors to AMC with relevant channel so they can raise their queries and check KYC status.
We must provide a feature to AMC that can be added to their website to provide the status of Investor’s application. The feature can be Signzy’s UI based FORM or API.
- Signzy’s UI based FORM can be Integrated within AMC’s website using Iframe or Redirection
- API can be shared with AMC so that they can build their own customised User Interface.
Investors will use our API to know the applications KYC status where they can choose the product type, and identifiers like PAN, DOB, Name, Merchant id, Email id, Phone etc
Example:
We can provide the stage wise status having a stepper pending and done buttons.
Different statuses are:
- Draft/yet to be submitted/Created/Initiated
- Submitted
- Under processing by AMC
- Accepted/rejected/redo with reasons
- Inserted to KRA
- Under process/on hold at KRA
- KYC Registered
Eg. Initiated->Submitted->Under processing by AMC->Accepted/rejected/redo with reasons->Inserted to KRA->Under process/on hold at KRA->KYC Registered
We must add the same feature on our website to check the status of KYC application by choosing the AMC name and identifiers like PAN, DOB, Name, Merchant id, Email id, Phone etc
We must also provide a list of email id AMC wise and their operations team for Investors to reach directly to AMC for further queries.
Investors Facing issues during the Onboarding process
During the IO journey we must provide an option for Investors to reach us in case they face any issue. We can have a button like Having trouble completing the KYC process? They should be able to click on a link and send us their query on Form. We should also allow them to attach a Screenshot of the issue.
Depending on the AMC they are onboarding on to, we must add the AMC email id or link to AMC’s contact us page as well below the Having trouble button.
We can also add a few FAQs for assistance to the Investors on the righthand side of our Onboarding page.
Enhanced feature:
We can display the Contract PDF as a view detail button along with the status as well for users to verify the details they had submitted to AMC to validate the rejections.
