The purpose of this Portal is to allow Customers to Solely Create Users and generate Login URLs for their individual users.
The Creator User agent is supposed to pass Name, username, Phone, email which are mandatory details of each user. Now they can create and pass data to N number of Additional new fields and also decide the data validation(string, numeric, alphanumeric, allowing special characters, Case), Regular expression, min length and max length which needs to be configured during setup.
We generate four Login URLs: Web Login and Mobile Login URL, Web Auto Login and Mobile Auto Login URL with the option to send Email and SMS to users. The users can click on any of the Login Links and Start their KYC journey.
The Agents can view the application they have created on the summary page classified into All, accepted, rejected, new, pending, redo. They can also view details of the application to check the merchant creation details.
The agents can use reset password to timely update their passwords whenever required.
The details of creator user agent will be available in MIS Reports, Pull merchant API Response and on the callback data events.
On IT Admin Portal, the User Creation details along with the Additional new fields will be available in the data and Document section.
Creating Creator User Agents: The agents can be created on IT Admin Backops by passing the details of the agent like username, email, name, Password, Employee Code, Branch and Designation.
Manage Creator Users: This section to view and edit the details of the Creator users agents. The number of applications created by them can also be viewed.
