Investor Onboarding Backops Dashboard Updates:
- Customers can view the Investor Creation Information like name, username, mobile, email and merchant Id on Backops.
- Whether the contact no. and email id linked with Offline Aadhaar matches with the merchant’s email and contact no. submitted during creation can now be verified on Backops ensuring the Aadhar card is up to date.
- In order to verify the bank account through Penny Transfer functionality Beneficiary Name fetched from upstream is displayed on the backops admin portal now.
Higher acceptance of our applications by KRAs:
- File compression of images and pdf to cater the file size limit at KARVY hence increasing the KRA acceptance rate.
- Field Changes compatibility as per CVL API Specifications.
Minor Updates and Enhancements
- Don’t remember the Password or worried if the password is compromised? With the forgot password and reset password feature on the IT Admin/Backops Admin/Backops User/Distributor’s Backops portal the password can be updated without any hassle.
- In offline Aadhar, the error message to be displayed to Investors exceeding the validity period can be customized in Backops.
- Customers can now opt for Automated Merchant Submission as soon as the users finishes the final stage of KYC journey to reduce the dropout percentage.
- Whether backops admin should be allowed to move an application to pending is now configurable.
- Clients can now fetch details and check the status from SEBI REGISTERED AGENCIES by using PAN.
- MIS Reports on Distributor Dashboard are now downloadable.
