How to Perform Face Match:

Verifying customer identity in real-time has never been easier. We use our Face Match API for the task. Following are the steps:

Images are retrieved after cropping from OVDs.
Customers are requested to take a real-time selfie or short video.
The images are checked for a match between them or with the selfie/short video obtained using an AI- driven decision engine.

Images are obtained by cropping the OVD images. Customers are requested to take a selfie or short video. The obtained images or videos are checked for a match using an AI-driven decision engine. This can be done with: Two images from two OVDs An image from an OVD and a selfie/short video Two selfies/short videos.

We need images or videos of the customer obtained in real-time and the scans of valid OVDs for this API to work. You can take the selfie/short video manually and you can upload a photograph of the OVD and let our AI-based system scan and retrieve it.

Face Match takes only a few seconds to minutes with the Face Match API.

With this API we are able to check if the OVD provided by a customer for identity verification actually belongs to the same person. This will prevent fraud.
