1. We collect personally identifiable information such as your name, physical address, email address, telephone number, date of birth and/or other similar information when you register with our website or mobile application. While you can browse some sections of our website/mobile application without being a registered member, certain activities (placing an order, etc) do require registration. Additionally, in order for us to verify your identity, sometimes we may need to request from you valid proof of identification (e.g. in the form of a copy of your passport, driving license, national ID card or similar document).

(a) Consultants (including auditors, authorized vendors) on a ‘need to know’ basis under a Non-Disclosure Agreement;

RETENTION AND REVOCATION OF INFORMATION
Your PI/SPDI will be retained with Signzy as long as you avail the Services of Signzy or for such period as may be necessary under applicable law. In the event, you wish to no longer avail the Services of Signzy or intend to request that Signzy no longer retain your PI/SPDI or where you intend to modify the current PI/ SPDI, you may contact Signzy as provided here in below.
In the event, Signzy is required to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, your PI/SPDI may be disclosed pursuant to such subpoena, court order or legal process, which may be without notice to you.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below.
